File up load is one of the easiest ways to send bulk SMS Messages, simply:

  • List all the numbers you want to send a message too, one below each other in a list either in a CSV file or listed in Notepad
  • Log into your Interactive-sms.co.uk account
  • Click Send SMS
  • Up load the file
  • Add your Name, a word or number you want the message to be delivered from
  • Schedule the time and date you want the message sent
  • Type or paste your message into the Message content box
  • Press Send.

If you already have pre-defined groups of people you want to communicate with quickly, why not send them an SMS message. By pre up loading your Groups of numbers into your Interactive-sms.co.uk Account can save time and money and it is really simple to use.

Once your groups are created all you and your users need to do is:

  • Login to your Interactive-sms.co.uk account
  • Click Send SMS
  • Add your Name, a word or number you want the message to be sent from
  • Select the Group you want the message to be delivered to
  • Schedule the time and date you want the message sent
  • Type or paste your message into the message content box
  • Press Send

Sending Bulk messages using the Subscriber Automation System.

The Subscriber Automation system gives users the ability to send Bulk SMS messages to people who have subscribed to a particular Keyword or Keyword and Identifier combination en-masse without downloading numbers and subsequently uploading them again. Our clients use the Subscriber Automation System to keep their Customers up to date with information and services, such as, ‘Weather updates’ , ‘Train Delays’, ‘Special Offers’ or ‘Discount Codes’ etc…

For example:

If you wanted to send an SMS Message to everyone who subscribed to your, “Weather” , “Update” or your “Train” , “Delays” service you would:

  • Log into your Interactive-sms.co.uk account
  • Click Send SMS
  • Select “Weather” , “Updates” or “Train” , “Delays” from the drop down menu.
  • Check the list of Mobile numbers displayed
  • Give the campaign a Name
  • Add your Name, a word or number you want the message to be delivered from
  • Schedule the time and date you want the message sent
  • Type or paste your message into the message content box
  • Press Send

The message will then be sent out to all those people who have subscribed to receive information from those Services. The system also flags up mobile numbers that have multiple entries and you have the facility to delete them from the list, before the message is sent.

Advanced Campaign Reporting facility.

The Interactive-sms.co.uk system has an advanced reporting facility which gives full details of every campaign and Keyword and Identifier combination you have sent outbound messages to. This ensures those service areas responsible for a particular Keyword / Identifier combination can see a complete record of the messages sent and how much they are spending on the service.

Message Delivery Status.

This new facility tells our Clients the Delivery Status of the Outbound SMS Messages that they have sent. The information given includes:

  • Message Received by Recipient
  • Message Delivered to Gateway
  • Error Delivering Message

This Information helps our Clients keep track of the amount of messages that have been received by Handsets, those that have been delivered to the gateway, this is where mobile phones may be switched off or out of coverage area. And those messages that have the Error Delivering Message, this means that the mobile number may be wrong or the mobile phone cannot receive messages at that time.
